I am not an advocate for short-term/extreme weight loss programs- so this is NOT what this program is. Instead, this program shows you how to create delicious, healthy meals, and how you can push yourself at home with your workouts, with just a set of dumbbells!

I LOVE the summer. I love the sun, being outside, everything! There is NO better feeling than being totally confident in your bikini. This is what this program is all about!
