We have two experienced Personal Trainers on hand to help you accomplish your goals every step of the way.

Madison is the BOOTCAMP COACH expert! Our classes are like no other in the 204! Our bootcamps are challenging, and combine total body conditioning and strengthening with FUN!

James is the SPORTS-CONDITIONING expert! His education and experience with all types of sports training can take any athletes game to the next level.

Madison and James both offer Personal Training and Group Training.

Both Madison and James run WEEKLY CLASSES!

One-on-One Personal Training

If you are located in Pinawa or the surrounding region we are available for 1-on-1 training. We have clients that travel to see us from Lac du Bonnet, Whitemouth, Beausejour, Elma, Seven Sisters, and more! We are just a short drive from many Manitoba communities.


Group Personal Training

Training with friends or family offers additional support, fun and accountability. These programs are similar to our one-on-one coaching but takes place in a group setting. Find a friend(s) to join you, or ask Madison or James if you can partner up with someone new!
