A full-day of fun for ALL fitness levels on a private beach in Pinawa!

This years special guests include:

Keith Macpherson- Keith will be leading Power Yoga and Song! He is an amazing yoga instructor, author and musician.

Christina Barry- Christina will be instructing a 90-minute self-defense workshop. She is a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Blackbelt Professor and Self-defense Specialist!

Kim Brennan Amazing henna tattoo artist from Winnipeg!

Reactions Salon and Spa They will be offering beach braids for some relaxation! Their salon is located right here in Pinawa!

Go Naturals Tracy Jung will be offering a Doterra essential oil workshop over the lunch hour! Every participant will be bringing home their own bug spray and after sun spray!
